Frequently Asked Questions
-
Yes. We use professional-grade, EPA-registered pest control products that are carefully selected for each situation and applied by trained, licensed technicians using proven treatment methods and appropriate safety precautions.
We regularly provide pest control services for homes, daycares, schools, healthcare facilities, animal care facilities, restaurants and other businesses where safety is a top priority.
Your technician will let you know if there are any temporary precautions to take, such as allowing treated surfaces to dry before children and pets return to the area.
-
Preparation depends on the type of pest we are treating. For most general pest control visits, we recommend:
Clearing items away from baseboards and problem areas
Putting away exposed food
Cleaning up crumbs, spills and standing water
Keeping children and pets away from the treatment area
Letting us know where you have seen pest activity
We will give you any additional instructions when your appointment is scheduled.

Your technician will begin by asking about the problems you have noticed and where you are seeing activity. We will inspect the property, identify possible entry points and determine the best treatment plan.
The first visit may include treatment inside and outside the property, depending on the pest and your specific needs. Your technician will also explain what was treated, what to expect afterward and whether a follow-up visit is recommended.

Bed bug treatments require more preparation than most pest control services. You can view and download our complete Bed Bug Preparation Guide here.
Please complete the preparation steps before your appointment. Proper preparation helps us treat the home more effectively.

Pests can return as seasons change, even after the current problem has been treated. Quarterly service helps prevent new infestations by treating common entry points and catching activity before it becomes a larger problem.
Our quarterly service is also offered at a reduced rate compared with scheduling individual treatments throughout the year.
-
That depends on the type of pest, the size of the infestation and the treatment being used. You may notice a major improvement within a few days, but some treatments take longer to fully work.
It is also normal to see some pest activity shortly after treatment as insects are driven out of hiding places. Your technician will explain what timeline to expect and whether additional treatment is needed.
